Smarter Egg Offsite Getaway at Garryvoe Hotel, East Cork
Unplug for 2 days

On the last weekend of September a group of ambitious professionals are getting away. And you can join them.
This custom-designed two-day offsite event will leave attendees feeling lighter, clearer on who they are and what they are doing and armed with practical skills and strategies to get more from their work. This is an opportunity to properly unplug, spend some quality time with yourself, and build deep connections with a network of peers.

Joining Aodan Enright to facilitate this event will be Neil O’Brien and Hugh O’Donovan.

Neil O’Brien is Ireland’s leading speaker, coach and writer on the topic of Mental Fitness. He works with some of the biggest companies in the world, and is the author of the acclaimed book “Time To Fly”.

Hugh O’Donovan is a consultant coaching psychologist and the co-founder of the Masters in Coaching Psychology at University College Cork. Hugh is author of Mindful Walking, a renowned book now translated internationally.
This event will be held on Friday, September 29th and Saturday, September 30th at the Garryvoe Hotel, East Cork. Participants will arrive for lunch on Friday, and will work together all the way through Saturday afternoon. Everything has been pre-planned and arranged with great food, comfortable surrounding and the magic of the local landscape.

The essential elements of the successful Smarter Egg Offsite formula will be enhanced by additional new, specially designed sessions with Aodan, Neil and Hugh. The experience will be challenging and relaxing, enlightening and entertaining.

This event has limited capacity and is reserved by application only. All inclusive fees for the weekend are €695+VAT.

These offsites are a combination of personal reflection, facilitated conversation, structured exercises and enlightening talks. Attendees are professionals who are serious about their development, and willing to invest in themselves and to collaborate with others.
