The Cork City Centre Forum, in conjunction with the School of Business, CIT are hosting a seminar entitled ‘Enhancing the Customer Experience through Quality Service in Cork City', on Tuesday 24th October 2017 at The Metropole Hotel Cork.

We welcome Sandra Mathew-Marsh, from Visit Kent in the UK to join us for the event to share with us her experience as the destination strategist for Visit Kent. In particular she will focus on the following;
  • Service delivery in a City
  • How to create and communicate the right service experience
  • How do all stakeholders collaborate and work best as a team for the City (How do we all work together, retail providers, other service providers and tourism services)
  • What can go wrong and what are lessons that can be learned?
  • How can we measure success?
  • Steps for the future, especially for us here in Cork city centre
  • Plans on how to engage with our staff to bring them on board to a city-wide customer service message
